Women in academia and /or gender discrimination in communication research

We invite abstracts that address the situation of women in academia and /or gender discrimination in communication research, but would be happy to consider proposals which fall outside of them. The deadline for submissions is 25 June 2009.Proposals abstracts should be send to nuria.simelio.sola@uab.cat / sinikka.torkkola@uta.fi .They should include the name, affiliation, e-mail address, along with no more than 200 words of research work description.The program committee will notify applicants by 15 September 2009.Best regards,Clara Sarmento
